Jason Markk Repel Spray is a water-based Repel formula is VOC-free and does not contain PFAS, PFOA or PFCs (forever chemicals). It safely creates a durable, breathable barrier that dries clear and effectively protects against liquid and dirt. Repel is safe to use on most absorbent materials including leather, suede, nubuck, canvas, cotton, nylon, knit, woven, mesh and more (Not recommended for unsealed leather or vegetable tanned leather). Basically you can finally keep your white boxing shoes clean! Use the spray (follow the instructions on the bottle) and you should have a clear protective layer on your boxing boots for about 4-6 weeks. Bottle is 5.4oz.Ā
How long does Repel last?
Repel generally lasts 4-6 weeks. Longevity will vary depending on the amount of exposure to the elements. The best way to test the effectiveness of the Repel is to take a few drops of water and observe how well the water beads and rolls off of the shoe. If reapplication is needed, we suggest cleaning your shoes with our Premium Shoe Cleaner, allow to fully dry and to reapply Repel following the directions on the bottle.
What shoes can I useĀ Repel on?
Use Repel on absorbent materials like, suede, nubuck and canvas.Ā Leathers that are sealed or have polishes on them (i.e. patent leather) are essentially already waterproof. If Repel is accidentally applied to these types of materials, simply wipe clean with a cloth before it dries.
