Our Boxing Training

The Problem most people face is they go to a gym and no one pays them any mind. You go to a gym and spend your time beating a bag with no clear instruction or you step into a “boxing” class expecting to learn a skill, yet all you end up doing is jumping around and throwing a million sloppy punches. We believe you deserve better. When you train with us not only will you get a great workout, but you’ll learn proper boxing technique. We have experience working with boxers who compete, people who want to learn self-defense, and people looking to mix up their workout.

Each class last about an hour and focuses on the fundamentals of boxing: stance, guard, footwork, blocking, slipping, dipping, and punching.
