Return/Exchange Policy (All Policies are strictly enforced)

  • Exchanges/Returns are welcome if gear is new, undamaged, with all original tags.

  • you have 30 days upon receiving shipment to make a return. Email us and we'll send you a return label. 

  • Only new unused products will be eligible for returns. We must first inspect the products if we suspect it has been used or damaged in anyway we will automatically decline the return. We will not ship the item back unless the shipping fee is paid. If the shipping fee is not paid within 7 days the item will be discarded or donated. If the item meets our guidlines for a return we'll issue a refund, gift card, or exchange the item that is equal in value. 

  • Final Sale or Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange. Sales on these items are final. No returns will be accepted and neither will exchanges be accepted.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you believe your item is damaged or defective you have 7 days upon receipt of the item to contact us. If we do not get any notice within the allotted time no returns or store credit will be issued.

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • Processing times for refunds can take 5-10 business days.

  • tell us why you want to return your item or if you want to exchange it for another item.

  • Damaged/Defective: take pictures of the damaged or defective area and send them to our email. Use the words “damaged” or “defective” in the subject line.

  • in the email just give us a brief description of the damage or defective products.

International Shipments

  • All duties, taxes, and fees are to be paid by the customer

  • We are not responsible for any damages during customs inspection or transportation.

Discounts & Promotions

  • Some discounts are not valid with other discounts or promotions. In some cases double dipping is allowed and in others it isn’t.

Processing & Shipping

  • Order fulfillment can take 1-3 days. Back orders can take an additional 3-5 days of fulfillment

  • Priority takes 1-3 days after fulfillment and standard can take 4-6 days after fulfillment.
