Return/Exchange Policy (All Policies are strictly enforced)

  • Exchanges/Returns are welcome if gear is new, undamaged, with original tags.

  • We offer 30 days upon receiving shipment to make a return. Email us and we'll send you a return label free of charge. 

  • Only new unused products will be eligible for returns. We must first inspect the products if it has been used or damaged in anyway we will automatically decline the return. We will not ship the item back unless the shipping fee is paid. If the shipping fee is not paid within 7 days the item will be discarded or donated. If the item is in good shape for a return we'll happily issue a refund or exchange.

  • Final Sale or Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange. Sales on these items are final. No returns will be accepted and neither will exchanges be accepted.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you believe your item is damaged or defective you have 7 days upon receipt of the item to contact us. If we do not get any notice within the allotted time no returns will be issued.

  • Processing times for refunds can take 5-10 business days.

  • tell us why you want to return your item or if you want to exchange it for another item.

  • Damaged/Defective: take pictures of the damaged or defective area and send them to our email. Use the words “damaged” or “defective” in the subject line.

  • in the email just give us a brief description of the damage or defective products.

International Shipments

  • All duties, taxes, and fees are to be paid by the customer

  • We are not responsible for any damages during customs inspection or transportation.

Processing & Shipping

  • Order fulfillment can take 1-4 days, which don't include weekends or holidays. 

  • Pre-Orders are reserving your products, so when it becomes available you wont have to worry about it selling out, but keep in mind pre-orders take time.
