Shipping policy

Order Processing Time 

  • We try out best to get orders out fast! Order processing can take 1-2 days, which don't include weekends or holidays.  Our processing cut-off times are 9am central time. 

Shipping Time

  • We do our best to process orders quickly, so they can get delivered quickly. Estimated delivery times and cost are based on your location, order size, and shipping option you select at checkout. Please keep in mind these estimated delivery times are not guaranteed delivery times. 

International Shipments 

  • All duties, taxes, and fees are to be paid by the customer

  • We are not responsible for any damages during customs inspection or transportation.

  •  Processing can take 1-3 days, which does not include holidays or weekends. 
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed they are estimates. International shipments are subject to customs inspection, which can delay the process. We try our best to provide all the necessary information to smooth the process out, but things do happen that are beyond our control. 


Returns/Exchange Policy 

  • Returns/Exchanges are welcome if gear is new, undamaged, Unworn, with original tags.

  • We offer 30 days upon receiving shipment to make a return/exchange. All Hit N Move products have a 7 days to return from day of delivery. 

  • All returns and canceled orders will have processing fees deducted from the total, which can range form 2.9-7% depending on payment method selected. Exchanges will receive full credit. In addition all Hit N Move products have a 30% restocking fee. 

  • Cost of shipping for returns must be paid for by the buyer. We only send free labels for domestic shipments only (max 1 exchange anything over 1 exchange must be paid for by the buyer), Hit N Move products most be shipped by the buyer. 
  • We do not reimburse the cost of shipping
  • Final Sale or Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange. Sales on these items are final. No returns will be accepted and neither will exchanges be accepted.

  • Damaged Items: If you believe your item is damaged you have 7 days upon receipt of the item to contact us. If we do not get any notice within the allotted time no returns will be issued.

  • Defective items have 30 days against defective materials and workmanship. This does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear. Slight dye transfer, discoloration, is not considered to be defective products.
  • Processing times for refunds can take 5-10 business days.
